Wow Buckminster Fuller, Jay Leno and Pedro Almodovar were the only ones I didn't have to look up. One of the few things that I remember from high school physics was giggling over Buckyballs -- molecules that are shaped like Buckminster's geodesic domes.
Anyways, I think that your features aren't so much old-timey as, well, obscure. :-)
