AIIM E-Doc Magazine has published two articles (here and here) on the business benefits, challenges, and opportunities related to the use of blogs, wikis, and other collaboration software.
Yes, I know these articles would have been helpful for the paper some of you wrote on collaboration software for our ECM class, but AIIM just published these articles now. Perhaps our lecturer and AIIM were in cahoots... :).
