When I started this post...

...I was procrastinating my taxes. I have now completed my taxes. I guess I was procrastinating this blog post instead.

So, when I was putting off doing my taxes, I I thought I would spend the afternoon oot and aboot in the city. Since moving to Toronto, I like to travel on the TTC and get acquainted with the city's various nooks and crannies. So, two weekends ago, I was meeting a friend in Bloor West Village and decided to head towards Jane Street and go south. En route, I saw this:

A bit further south, I walked past Runnymede Collegiate Institute and noticed that the original building had separate entrances for girls and boys:

After basking in the historicalness of the building for a few moments, I continued to Bloor West Village.
